Our new path for the environment
The overall concept consists of two expansion stages.
Stage 1: This stage is used to learn the comprehensive skills, processes, production and sales with the corresponding logistics. Production is planned to increase gradually until the plant reaches its maximum capacity.
The primary purpose of building a small but profitable plant with a capacity of up to 5,000 US gallons of biodiesel per month is to prepare the market entry for industrial production in Liberia and at the same to promote awareness in civil society and among ministries and authorities for a CO2-neutral future for the country.
Stage 2: Once production stabilizes, Stage 2 will commence, this involves the construction of a state-of-the-art refinery with an annual output of 25,000 tons. The refinery Equipment will be imported on a turnkey basis. This is a proven system that is now used worldwide. After the production figures in phase two have stabilized, the entire technical system from phase one will be dismantled and rebuilt to be operated at a new location using the same process.
Our biodiesel production harnesses waste materials as well as crude palm oil transforming them into valuable resources. By repurposing these by-products, we not only reduce environmental impact but also embrace a sustainable approach to energy that contributes to a circular economy. This innovative process demonstrates our commitment to reducing waste and promoting a greener future. Set up of a small semi industrial production facility to operate as an Innovation Start up.
It is a strategic choice for Liberia because it aligns with the realities of infrastructure, market conditions, and resource availability. It offers a practical pathway to introduce biodiesel production, build market confidence, and gradually scale operations while minimizing risk.

THE TECHNICAL SET UP PHASE 1
The BioPro 380 (BP-380) converts organic oils into an alternative to diesel fuel called Biodiesel through a chemical process. The common name for the process is called an acid/base catalyzation. It's just a fancy word meaning that the oil is chemically altered to allow it to run in an unmodified diesel engine.
The SpringPro T76 is a robust and easy to use cleaning system that uses resins instead of water to polish your finished biodiesel. Using a dual tower design with elevated resin support beds, the SpringPro T76 drywash system offers superior performance and efficiency by ensuring uniform fluid concentration throughout the entire column length. The SpringPro T76 is plumbed in a classic lead/lag configuration for optimal fuel purification and longer resin life.
THE TECHNICAL SET UP PHASE 2
Construction of a modern biodiesel production plant with a capacity of 25,000 tons per year. The technical equipment is currently being tendered. The information will be added to the homepage soon.
Construction of a modern tank farm with a filling system for tankers. The technical equipment is currently being tendered. The information will be added to the homepage soon.
